Hey all, this blog is back online I swear… The highspeed just got hooked back up in my house and I know, I have some catching up to do! So to start this off I bring you a demo track for a new side project I started. This one is a little more pop than the rest of the tracks we’ve been working on but it’s fun none the less. Things got fucked up and I still don’t have internet, I just found a place in the local Cafe I can steal it from haha. Please check back, don’t leave forever.

I’ve long been a fan of Henry Rollins and his spoken word performances. I was lucky enough to catch him on his “Provoked” tour this winter and it was nothing short of amazing. If you aren’t familiar with Rollins body of work, leave a comment and I’ll upload some good stuff to get you started. I wish I had more to say about this.. But I do assure you that it is really worth a listen, as is the rest of his work.

Classifieds little brother Mic Boyd just released his first official full length. The only precursor to this album was an EP released about four years back. If you are into Classified or any of the hip hop boys from Eastern Canada you will want to pick this up for sure. Classified, Jordan Croucher & Mike Boyd Senior all have guest spots on this gem of a record. I’ve been digging it more and more withe every listen.

Canadas very own east coaster Chad Hatcher has teamed up with Canadian rapper/producer Classified and just dropped his first full length album Tunnels and Pathways. After listening to the advance copy with promo shout outs on each track, I immediately went to the record store and picked this up. Think if you took a guy who plays acoustic folk/blues tunes and got a hip-hop producer on board. The combination is strangely unique and original. If anyone heard Classifieds last album Hitch Hikin’ Music you will recognize Chad’s voice from the acoustic track ‘All About You’. So with all that being said, please pick this album up and support Chad because he deserves every penny.
