If you’re getting sick of taking your daily jog to the Crystal Method, it’s time to move on to the new Nike mix from Aesop Rock. All Day: Nike + Original Run ($10) is a kick-ass 45-minute continuous mix created by the MC/Producer for runners wanting a little audible boost during their routine. “I wanted to create something that evolved enough that the sound was constantly fresh and attractive,” he said, “as if the runner were moving through a set of differing cities or landscapes.”

that’s funny how you mention crystal method, i have to admit crystal meth is really good running music but all day will mix it up for me and it’s 45 min continuous so i don’t always have to be changing songs

I’m a fan of the A-trak nike+ as well, Running Man. I think they took All day off iTunes, so I’m glad someones got it
